Latex clothing is fascinating and exciting, but it can also be a challenge to put on. That's where an unexpected helper comes in: powder. Yes, you read that right. Powder is actually the oldest care and aid for latex clothing. Back in the 60's, powder was the only product available at first, and only later did other products hit the market. Some latex lovers even today use powder exclusively for their latex items. So it is womüglich a crucial factor to put on your latex outfit without any problems.
In this tutorial, we will explain to you why powder makes latex donning easier and how you can use it effectively. Get ready to take your latex experience to a whole new level.

If your latex was in storage or is dirty, it definitely needs to be washed first.
First you need to choose a suitable, clean vessel.
The most suitable is the sink, or for larger items, the bathtub.

Start by pouring in lukewarm water and mix your latex detergent (only use detergent specifically for latex items) with it.
Also be sure to follow the dosage instructions on your detergent! (for more information see: Tutorial: Latex washing)

After the latex clothing is then dry:
Carefully, with a spoon, spread the latex talcum powder evenly on the inside of the latex clothing.

With a latex catsuit or latex dress, we recommend that you close the openings.
Then shake the clothes well to distribute the latex talcum powder sufficiently.
Make sure that the powder does not get on the outside of your latex clothes, otherwise it can not be polished.
After distributing the powder, rub the inside of the latex clothes together from the outside.
This will ensure optimal wetting of the latex with the dressing.

Then you can carefully put on the latex clothing.
It is important to prepare the garment in the correct orientation to avoid twisting the material.
Notes on the application
General
- Do not use sharp-edged objects or long fingernails when tightening. (Avoid damage, e.g. cracking.) We recommend wearing gloves, for example, when using long fingernails.
- Take your time when getting dressed and carefully slip the latex clothing on. Never reach into the latex material with your fingernails, but always use your fingertips.
- Recommended: With latex catsuits you should make sure that it is properly aligned when putting it on. First pull the suit up to the crotch, then slip it on with your arms. Align the latex catsuit and slowly close the zipper.
- Avoid stretch movements during fitting
- Give yourself and the latex clothing time to adjust to each other.
Warning
- Never use household powders. These can contain harmful additives that attack the latex.
- Check product for skin compatibility and dermatologically tested.
